At AI Revolution Club, we use artificial intelligence to make things faster, simpler and more convenient for you — never to replace real people, and never in ways that could confuse or mislead you.

This page explains in a clear, friendly way:

  • where we use AI

  • what the AI actually does

  • what the AI doesn’t do

  • how humans stay in control

  • how your data is handled safely

 1. Our Website Chatbot (Powered by ChatGPT)

On our website, you’ll find a small chatbot that can help with:

  • simple questions

  • basic info about our services

  • navigation support

  • quick replies when the team is busy

It’s powered by ChatGPT and embedded using Automator.AI, a trusted platform we use inside our system.

 Friendly reassurance:

  • It’s here to help, not to judge.

  • It keeps things quick and light.

  • You can always ask for a human — we’ll respond.

 Safety:

The chatbot does not make decisions about you and does not sell or share your information.


 2. Email Automation (AI + Human Collaboration)

If you subscribe to our newsletter or ask a question:

  • some welcome emails are automated

  • some replies may be assisted by AI

  • anything important is always handled by a real person

AI helps speed up routine tasks, but humans take over for:

  • anything specific

  • anything sensitive

  • anything where context matters

In simple words:

AI helps.
Humans decide.


3. AI Phone Agent (“Eva”)

Sometimes, especially later in the day, your call may be answered by Eva, our AI phone assistant.

Eva can:

  • greet you

  • answer common questions

  • guide you to the right service

  • take messages for the team

  • send follow-up info

She’s friendly… but still AI.

So occasional imperfections are normal — and okay.

For anything that needs human judgment, a real team member will follow up.

And of course, you can always ask for a human right away.


4. What AI Helps Us With (in simple terms)

We use AI only to:

  • give faster simple answers

  • save time on repetitive tasks

  • follow up more promptly

  • help you find the right information

  • support our team during busy moments

 What AI does not do:

  • replace human support

  • make decisions about you

  • create binding advice

  • handle complaints

  • evaluate your behaviour

  • profile you

  • sell, share or monetise your data


 5. Humans Are Always in Control

Even when AI helps, humans:

  • supervise

  • review

  • correct

  • approve

  • handle sensitive matters

  • decide what actions to take

AI is simply a useful assistant.
It does not run our business — people do.


6. How Your Data Is Treated

Some interactions (like messages or call transcripts) may be processed by AI systems so that:

  • the chatbot can reply

  • Eva can understand your question

  • we can respond faster

Everything is handled under:

✔️ strict privacy and security rules

We do not sell or share personal data.
You can always request:

  • access

  • correction

  • deletion

  • human-only communication
