We aim to offer a clear, fair, and transparent approach to refunds and cancellations in line with UK consumer law.


2. Digital Products (PDFs, Audio Files, Templates, Courses)

Digital products are delivered instantly via:

  • email

  • download link

  • customer portal

  • automated sequence

Refund Guarantee

All digital products come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • the product was not as described

  • you experience technical issues we cannot resolve

  • you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase

Important Note (Legal Requirement)

When downloading a digital product, you normally lose the automatic right to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 unless the seller voluntarily offers one.

We voluntarily provide a customer-friendly 30-day guarantee.


3. Physical Products (Printed Books, Materials)

If you purchase a physical product (e.g., printed book via Bookvault):

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Physical products cannot be refunded unless:

  • they are damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • the wrong product was delivered

Damaged or Faulty Items

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with:

  • order number

  • photos of damage

  • delivery date

Replacement or refund will be provided accordingly.


4. Services (One-Time Services, Setup Services, Consulting)

For one-time paid services (e.g., setup, installation, consulting):

Cancellations

  • You may cancel BEFORE the service begins and receive a full refund.

  • Once the service has been delivered (fully or partially), refunds are no longer available.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule service appointments by emailing admin@airevolution.club.


5. Subscription Services (AI Phone Agent, AI Chatbot, Automation Plans)

For recurring subscriptions:

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through:

  • your account settings

  • email request

  • Stripe customer portal

  • our support team

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Refunds for subscription periods already billed are not typically offered unless:

  • the service did not work as advertised

  • a technical fault prevented you from using the service

  • there was a billing error

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


6. Free Trials

If a service includes a free trial:

  • you may cancel anytime before the trial ends

  • if you fail to cancel, the billing cycle begins automatically

  • no refunds are given for forgetting to cancel


7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Before issuing a dispute through your bank or provider, we encourage you to contact us first at:

Filing unnecessary chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of service

  • additional verification requirements

  • legal review in repeated or fraudulent cases

9. Exceptions

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • completed consulting services

  • custom-built AI automations already delivered

  • bespoke prompts, scripts, or AI configurations

  • misuse or misconfiguration of our services

  • lead-generation results dependent on third-party platforms

  • change-of-mind refunds on physical goods
